![]() Can't use on 7)įights lasting this long is extremely rare and having backline enemies left alive to Stun is even rarer. So it would take 7 Turns to actually be in trouble because Blinding Gas can't be used anymore. The only limitation it has is a 3 times use per battle, which isn't a problem, since spamming Blinding Gas isn't very effective due to the Stun resist the enemies get after being stunned once. Unlike the other Stun that stuns two enemies, Barbaric YAWP! from Hellion, it has no direct downside. This trades her own action for two actions, making it one of the best Stuns in the game just with that alone. Similarily to him, most of her kit takes a backseat to make space for her Stuns to shine.īlinding Gas is an autopick for any Plague Doctor, since it stuns both of the enemy backliners. She's one of the heroes that focuses mainly on Stunning alongside Abomination. Her skill-set is incredibly useful and versatile able to clear away all DoT from herself or any other ally, stun the back-ranks of the enemy formation usually before they can even attack. This alone makes her extremely powerful, but she also has some very good utility as-well as secondary Healing and offensive capabilities with her Blights. She has two of the three Stuns in the game that can reach Rank 4. While usually she is occupying the back-ranks 3 or 4 offering support and Damage over Time. The Plague Doctor prefers to blight her foes with a deadly concoction of poison dwindling their health away. ![]() "Fear wears off in time, much like a mild poison." "Like a vaccine, we shall inoculate this land against evil!" The Plague Doctor practices and experiments during camp, and her tonics yield health benefits for the party and herself. Any Buffs or lasting effects given from a camping skill lasts for 4 battles. Only 4 of these can be equipped at one time. Most heroes have three shared camping skills and all heroes have 4 unique camping skills (with the Flagellant being the exception, having only unique camping skills). They take a certain number of "respite" points to use, and can only be used once per camp (unless the skill says otherwise). Eager to prove the effectiveness of her latest untested concoction, she will inject herself - blindly faithful in its beneficial results.Ĭamping skills are special skills heroes can use while they are camping. That makes fatty angry. The Plague Doctor makes use of experimental remedies and risky healing practices to cure her companions' ailments, and restore their vigor. Then you get to clear the stun and prevent the massive damage of Obliterate Body.Īnd don't hit Wilbur, obviously. For the most part though, I think it's a huge help particularly if Wilbur stuns the hero he has marked. The downside is that you don't know who Wild Flailing is going to hit, so if you have anybody low they may get nailed if he's going to Obliterate a Leper or something and you have other people under half hp, maybe don't clear it. If he only marks one hero and you clear it, the fatty won't use Obliterate Body at all instead he'll use Wild Flailing, which has significantly less accuracy and does half as much damage. ![]() If Wilbur marks two heroes and you use Flare on one, only the remaining marked hero will have to eat an Obliterate Body, so you're looking at half as much damage. The swine boss's little buddy, Wilbur, marks your heroes at the start of each round, and at the end of that round, the big fatty uses Obliterate Body on whoever is marked for huge damage.įortunately, the Arbalest has an ability called Flare, which removes marks (and stuns, incidentally). Apologies if someone has already posted this strat, but I have not seen it elsewhere and it wasn't in the wiki until I put it in, so I figured I'd throw it up here.
